Security Bank 95th Street Renovation

Project consists of generally; the scope of work includes renovation of the 1st floor and partial renovation of the basement and 2nd floor as well as limited site work. The "renovation" of the basement and the 2nd floor is generally around the requirements for mechanical renovation work and work required as a result of the 1st floor renovation. The Owner will be completing work for the project outside of the general construction work. Limited site work will be required for the project consisting of such items as re-paving, curb and gutter replacement and supplemental landscaping.
