The property offered by OCURA is located in the John F Kennedy (JFK) Urban Renewal Plan Project Area. OCURA is offering this site for mixed-use commercial or residential development that will contribute to the continued efforts to revitalize the Project Area, the NE 23rd Street commercial corridor and adjacent neighborhoods. OCURA is interested in a creative, infill proposal that can serve as an example of the redevelopment potential for many scattered site opportunities in Northeast Oklahoma City.
