RFQ Wiley Post Park Enhancements

The City of Oklahoma city has a project that requires the services of an consulting firm. The scope of park improvement to Wiley Post Park will include but not be limited to the following elements: 1. Provide a comprehensive vehicular and pedestrian circulation plan that links park uses. River Tail, adjacent parks, and neighborhoods, minimizing vehicle-pedestrian conflicts; 2. Construction of new parking facilities to compliment the new circulation plan; 3. Expansion of the existing splash pad area to accommodate 300-500 users; 4. Expansion of the existing inclusive play area; 5. Renovation and updates to existing large pavilion and associated amenities; 6. Addition of small pavilions to compliment expansion of existing playground and splash pad; 7. Addition of a river front plaza, 8. All ellements for this project shall be designed with sustainable principles as described in LEED and SITES guildelines.
