RFQ Architectural Consulting Services Replacement Roof and Waterproofing Design

St. Louis County Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a highly qualified architectural consulting firm to provide professional services to design and scope a roof replacement and otherwise weatherproof the White Rogers Affton Community Center structure, as needed. Ths project involves architectural support to Department of Parks and Recreation involving the evaluation and determination of how to solve existing roofing leaks, masonry wall leaks, and to provide plans and scope for bid documents for the project that will solve these water problems and update the roof at the Affton Community Center.
