RFQ Alterations, Repairs and Demolition

MANDATORY pre-bid. The Saint Louis Zoo is requesting proposals for architectural and engineering services for alterations, repairs and demolition at the Saint Louis Zoo North Campus. The scope of the project includes: Design services to create bid documents for environmental remediation and demolition of existing buildings, grading, storm drainage, waterproofing and repairs to existing buildings; Roof repairs, re-roofing, masonry repair, building envelope commissioning, building envelope repair, and Office building renovation, repairs; Code analysis, ADA study, three stop hydraulic elevator installation, office power, lighting and communication system improvements, carpet, painting, reglazing.
