Project consists of a gut renovation of a main Pennsylvania level of two connected buildings at 4144 Pennsylvania Avenue. They comprise approximately 6,000 sf plus an 800 sl additional and finish out of a 950 sf storage space on the lower level. This project is the core and shell only.
