RFQ City of Wellsville Street, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Improvement Projects

The City of Wellsville is issuing this Request for Qualifications to qualified engineering firms for the survey, design, bidding, administration, and construction phase services for four separate capital improvement projects totaling an estimated $1,442,000 in improvements. The City wishes to select one firm, based on qualifications alone, to perform the needed serviced for all four projects.
