In accordance with Arkansas Code Annotated § 19-11-801 et. seq. and the Office of State Procurement’s Policies and Guidelines, Southern Arkansas University is soliciting qualifications from qualified firms to provide “on call” environmental engineer services. Applicants must be properly registered with the appropriate professional boards in accordance with Ark. Code Ann. § 17-15-101 et. seq. (Arkansas Architectural Statutes), Ark. Code Ann. § 17-38-101 et. seq. (Arkansas Landscape Architect Statutes), Ark. Code Ann. § 17-30-101 et. seq. (Arkansas Engineer Statutes) and Ark. Code Ann. § 17-48-101 et. seq. (Arkansas Land Surveyors Statutes). Southern Arkansas University, hereafter referred to as Owner, is seeking a qualified firm to provide “on call” professional environmental engineer services for projects on an “as needed” basis. This is an annual contract beginning on July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020 with subsequent renewal in accordance with state guidelines.
