RFQ CM & ICE Bundled Transportation Projects

The new date for the Pre-Proposal Meeting has been re-scheduled for May 31, 2019 at 8:30AM at the Seminole Nation Council House: 12576 NS 3540 Seminole, OK 74868. Note: attendance is now required via by video-conferencing or in-person versus being just mandatory in-person. MANDATORY pre-bid. The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma Request for Qualification from professional CM/GC firms having expertise in Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) and Independent Cost Estimator with Accelerated and Innovative Project Delivery. The proposal must include the following items: 1. Name, address, and description of the firm. 2. Information relative to the firm's capabilities, applicable resources, and availability to complete the tasks outlined in a manner consistent with this RFQ. 3. The firm's background statements and biographical outlining each individual assigned to the project; their relevant education, qualifications, and experience; and indicate which individuals are considered "core" or "key" personnel from your organization for this project. List the qualifications and assignments of core/key personnel. Indicate the exact relationship of the experienced professionals and technicians in your firm or team to the work you propose to undertake for the Nation. 4. Descriptions of any similar projects (at least two) completed by the firm within the past five (5) years will be required so that the Nation can seek feedback. Indicate a slinent name and current phone number, as well as the exact nature of the level of responsibility the individuals in our firm had in regards to the project(as) cited reference.
