The BID LOCATION has been changed to the Flintco Office located at 1624 West 21st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74107 with the same bidding requirements as outlined in the Construction Manager’s Bid Book. The Owner and Construction Manager will conduct a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at the Job office for Tulsa Vision Builders located at the loading dock on the North side of the existing arena at 100 Civic Ctr., Tulsa, Ok 74103 for the purpose of review of the bidding documents, bidding procedures and to receive Bidders' questions. The pre-bid conference is scheduled for 8:30AM CST, Tuesday, May 14, 2019. The Project consists of the alternation of the Cox Business Center which includes demo and remodel of existing areas including related structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing associated with the referenced project and a further described in the contract documents.
