RFQ Water Main Replacement at the Old Armco Steel Site on Wilson Road

This is a Request for Qualifications/Proposals ("RFQ/P") issued by the City of Kansas City, Missouri ("City") acting through its Water Services Department ("WSD") for the Water Main Replacement ("WMR") Armco Site Project, City Project No 8002081 and Federal Project No 05-01-05856. This RFQ/P is an invitation by the City to Design Professionals to submit their qualifications and all other required submissions as part of their proposal for performing the services specified in this RFQ/P.
