Bill Harmon Recreation Center Indoor Pool Renovation

MANDATORY pre-bid. The project generally consists of sandblasting and re-plastering approximately 102 linear feet of pool surface, installing new black tile over existing lane markers and end crosses. Average pool depth is 4.5' and includes an entrance ram. The total perimeter of the pool is 296 linear feet. The bidder shall provide all necessary materials to complete the job. All work must be completed between July 23 and August 16, 2019. The scope shall include clean up of all debris, dust, and worksite materials including but not limited to high-dusting wall,s light fixtures and cleaning pool deck.
