Project shall include the construction of a enw 80'x80' box hangar with an attached 70'x30' two-story building shell to be used as a new terminal building. The structure is to be a pre-engineered metal building. Associated work shall include site work, site utilities and improvements, concrete work, plumbing, ventilation, lighting, and electrical.
