Replacement of Sewer Lines

Replacement of approximately 1220 feet (1100 feet of 4 inch & 120 feet of 6 inch) of existing sewer lines. The score of work is as follows; The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment & services and perform & complete all work required for: Removal & disposal of all existing sewer lines on property. Two way cleanout with removable lids at every unit tie in & change in direction 90 degrees or more. There is also to be no more than 100 feet of line without a cleanout. concrete or asphalt to be saw cut, removed & replaced every where lines cross sidewalks or pavement. 3 total backflow devices before where lines tie into City sewer lines. Complex consists of 14 one bedroom units, 2 two bedroom units, 2 three bedroom units & one community/office building. Existing lines have been mapped by camera locator, grounded painted and flagged. Bidders will still need to do their own measurements prior to bidding.
